2. Overview

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, to answer your inquiries and – only with your consent – to measure the performance of our advertising. We do not sell personal data.

3. Visiting the website (server log files)

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

  • Purpose: secure and stable operation of the website and defence against attacks.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
  • Retention: log files are deleted or anonymised after a maximum of 14 days unless a security incident requires longer storage.

4. Booking inquiries and contact form

If you send us an inquiry, we process the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, project type, required models, location, project date and your message.

  • Purpose: answering your inquiry and preparing a possible booking.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
  • Retention: we delete inquiries that do not lead to a booking no later than 12 months after our last contact. Data relating to bookings is kept for as long as statutory retention obligations (for example tax and commercial law) require.

To protect the form against spam we use an invisible check field and a short time check. No third-party service is involved, and no cookies are set for this purpose. To prevent abuse, a pseudonymised (hashed) form of your IP address is stored temporarily for a maximum of one hour.

If you apply to be represented by us, we process your details and photos to assess your application (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Unsuccessful applications are deleted after six months at the latest.

Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR): [Name and address of your hosting provider]. Inquiries are delivered to us by email through our hosting provider's mail server. We pass on your details to clients or models only if this is necessary for a booking you requested.

7. Transfers to third countries

If you consent to advertising cookies, Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Apart from this, we do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9. Cookies and advertising measurement

Technically necessary storage is used only to remember your cookie choice. If you click “Accept”, we use Google Ads conversion tracking by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to find out whether a visitor who clicked one of our ads later sent a booking inquiry. Google sets cookies for this purpose and processes your IP address, device information and the pages you visited. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. 10. Security

This website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
